Where do you Ship?
UK Shipping
I aim to deliver to all addresses in the UK within 5 working days using Royal Mail signed for service. On print to order artworks please allow up to 2 weeks for creation time.
If you need something more urgently please contact me and I will do my best to help out.
International Shipping
I am able to ship to customers all over the world. For large pieces and artworks -these will be shipped via an insured carrier method. Contact me for more info and quotes.
Europe
Please choose Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.
For commissions and artworks/ giftware over £100 please contact me for a personal quote before checking out.

Do I accept refunds?
I work really hard to provide you with handmade artworks and awesome service and I hope that you love your purchase from Sarah Trotter Art. If you are unhappy for any reason please get in touch. I do not accept refunds on commissions at all. If you have any concerns as to what size you are for my wearable art pieces then please get in touch.
I only allow refunds or exchanges if the product that you have ordered becomes damaged in transit and there is genuine photographic evidence proving this. In receipt of this your refund will be processed within 14 days. I reserve the right to withhold any exchanges or refunds if no evidence of ‘broken in transit’ is provided. As my products are handmade and unique I may not always be able to exchange like-for-like, however I can assist you to find a colourArteral alternative. Thank you for understanding.
What are your Copyright Policies?
Sarah Trotter Art Reserves© and owns the right that all artworks are genuine, original and not copies or replicas of any other artists work. Infringement will be taken seriously and with utmost vigilance. Basically don’t flog me off yeah!? It just ain’t cool. Be mindful of Karma.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I sure do. The delivery and shipping times and prices will vary depending on the destination and calculated at checkout. Please contact me if you are unsure about these. In terms of commissions-I collaborate with you on postage and the creation process to ensure that you are completely happy.
What are my commission/custom made rates and how long is your creation time?
Get pally with me. I can customise and personalise any of my artworks and creations that I offer on my website. If you have seen a commission of mine elsewhere that has taken your fancy (e.g my instagram/faccy b), just drop me a line. I maintain regular communication throughout each stage of the commission process to ensure you get the highest quality and a truly bespoke START work. In terms of Creation time-that really does depend what you would like me to create for you. Glasswares take about a week until they are fully set and dry. Canvas pieces and cards-up to 2 weeks depending on size and medium.
STArt Wearbles
Please allow up to 3 weeks (UK & Europe) / 4+ weeks (Aus, Canada, New Zealand and rest of the world for shipping.
Sarah Trotter Art All over printed wearables and accessories are printed using a sublimation printing process and are hand cut and made to order/drop shipped by Printful which make a range of clothing and accessories that include recyclable/re-usble eco friendly options.
The artwork that is printed on them is from a range of Sarah Trotter Art’s original works. Printful fulfills their products only when a customer buys them and they produce less waste than traditional made-to-sell retail stores. Printful products are created using the made-to-order production approach.
Printful is waste conscious and don't throw leftover stock into landfills, any waste that is made is recycled or given out to charities. Sizing charts on each art wearable is detailed with a photo or detailed in description. If you are unsure on what size you would like, have any further questions or queries, you know the drill, come get pally.
Discounts and Coupon Codes?
For promotional discounts please add the offer code at the checkout. I do not accept duplicate discount codes. They are one use only. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other complimentary discounts.
I also offer a 15% NHS discount on all orders. For this discount to be applied, I would need you to provide me with your NHS email address so that I can approve the discount manually to your order. Please get in touch with me if your are not sure.
Do I offer framing services?
Yes! I sure do. They do come at an extra cost so please get in touch for quotes on pricing.
